Most apartments come with a garage with a separate garage door and
limited access to 4-5 other apartments. This garage comes at no additional
charge to our residents.

Each unit also features a personal washer and dryer. At The Meadows,
our residents don't have to save up quarters or wait for open washers on
laundry day.
Each building has just 8-9 apartments
The spacious town home-like atmosphere of The Meadows provides for
a unique setting. Each building has just 8-9 apartments and each apartment
is fully carpeted and includes central air and heat and a washer and dryer.

Never have to fight for bathroom time
At The Meadows of Coon Rapids, we aim to please our residents and
offer many amenities often only found in town homes. With two bathrooms in
most two bedrooms and all three-bedroom units, you will never have to fight
for bathroom time. We have a playground and basketball court for recreation
as well as a courtyard with grills for all your picnicking needs. There's
even a childcare center across the street, a nature preserve behind the property,
and a community room for all of your parties. We have one, two and three
bedroom units along with some accessible units. We even allow pets, including
dogs (restriction apply). |
